MYSELF AS A PYP EDUCATOR After this first workshop of the PYP I think that the teacher capabilities that I’ll definitely focus on developing in my classes are the following: I will support students to initiate and engage in their own inquiries - so my learners can develop inquiry skills and put into practice the knowledge they learn. I’ll encourage them to research, discover and share their inquiries. 2. I will select teaching approaches, resources, technologies, learning experiences and assessments that are inclusive and effective for diverse students – I have to think and plan my classes for the diversity of needs and capacities that my students have.
